Yes sure, at checkout there is an option to deliver to a different address than your billing address.

Orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the website where you can track it.

All orders are sent via discreet delivery using plain brown boxes and envelopes so nobody will know what’s inside. See what are packaging looks like here.

Royal Mail: If you are not in when your parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.

DPD: Please provide an email address and mobile number at checkout. DPD will contact you by text or email to notify you of a delivery time and date. If this is not convenient, you have the option to change it. DPD will attempt delivery 3 times – if they are still unsuccessful after this time the parcel will be returned back to us.

You can track the status of your order via the tracking number we send you in our shipping confirmation email, but if your order is more than 5 working days overdue, please email sales@adultproductshop.com and we will help get it sorted for you.
